We do our best to get your order processed within 24 hours. Processing time for most jewelry items is 1-3 business day. Processing time for acrylic items is 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery is normally within 2-8 business days.

Priority and Expedited Shipping based on Carrier's Pricing (Note: During holidays, upgraded shipping options may not be available).

Please allow extra time during holiday season. Sometimes products will arrive in separate packages in order to expedite shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided for your convenience. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us.

Please make sure to enter your correct shipping information and that there are no mistakes because we are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. We are also not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery and has been confirmed by the postal carrier.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. Please allow additional delivery time during holidays. If a significant delay in shipment is expected, then we will contact you via the information you provide at checkout.
